I know that th ... ere were somethings that I had not thought about before this course, but now they stay in the forefront my mind. I have heard that it takes 21 days for a habit to form. I have been in this for more than 21 days so I hope that these small changes will become a habit. I also hope that I can make some bigger changes in the future. The small things like going grocery shopping biweekly instead of weekly, using a drying rack, and taking shorter showers are working and are not too hard to do. I cannot say that I faced any challenges this week. That leads me to think that maybe I am not doing enough to make changes. Maybe I have room to make more changes. I know that a lot of small changes can lead to a big difference.
