not satisfied with the working environment and the work ethics of the
company. Instead, he changed his hobby into a source of earning
thereby achieving a certain sense of self satisfaction, personal

new avenues for expanding, diversifying his business. He realized that
while working for the mining company, there was no self-satisfaction
and mental peace. Soon enough he used all his savings and hired a
team of workers for his canoeing business. This was a leap of faith.
