Its mission, just like the other teams within the organization, is de... eply committed to creating programs that improve the quality of life for all people with a particular emphasis on programs that inspire youth and families worldwide, promote health and wellness and education through women's basketball. The basketball team is to be added to the other 12 teams within the WNBA. A new team/program is needed because there is an increase in representation in professional women sports. There is a mass division in today s society, yet within sports, there is a large gap both within the business of sports and the players.
