When it comes to rules, the best way for them to be followed is from the direction of higher-level employees to hold accountability. 3. Third, the company wants to ensure that the employees will not engage in illegal activities. Therefore, background checks should be conducted to assist in filtering out those individuals that would not comply with the standards and procedures the company has created. 4. Fourth, once the standards and procedures have been detailed, distribution to the staff is essential. After issuance, the company should take the necessary steps to ensure their team fully understands the expectations. 5. Fifth, companies should establish a monitoring/auditing system to identify illegal activities by their staff.
