Using my argumentative topic â€œDo preventative measures on Sexual Harassment in the workplace actually help?â€, I typed that into my search bar and came across a handful of articles agreeing and disagreeing. My stance is that I do not believe preventative measures do work in the workplace, I feel that it often does more harm then good. Since I have come across a mixed emotional topic, I feel that this is extremely helpful for using those who agree or oppose my theory. Advocates for Human Rights, M. (2003). This article makes a fair point that there is no such thing as a sexual harassment free workplace but having trainings and policies will lessen it significantly and it also offers tips on what to do when this scenario occurs.
