TechFite needs to be in alignment with comments it has made about being a strong presence as a company that is good for the community. 2. To stay consistent with company culture which is now spanning two continents. 3. Most companies that are known to have a strong community presence are companies where the employees actively volunteer in the community. A2. The difference between ethical issues and legal issues is that they are not exclusive of each of other, an issue can be ethical without being legal and it can be legal without being ethical. Legal issues are about doing what you are required to do, and ethical issues are about doing what is right to do. A3. The ethical issues in in this sincere are that TechFite promised the city of Dellbery that they would bring well-paying Full-time jobs with excellent benefits, they would be productive members of the community helping to sponsor youth leadership and they would help to reinvest/rebuilding the city, but they failed without justification to accomplish any of the promises they made to Dellbery.
