The Two Ethica... l Decisions ï‚·Employees are often faced with ethical dilemmas presented to them at their place of employment or in a corporate setting. It is important that when faced with such dilemmas, that employees choose the right thing to do, but sometimes the right thing to do may not always provide the best benefit. Below are two ethical decisions an employee may be faced with in the workplace. ï‚·Suppose a supervisor asks an employee to mislead a customer about the delivery date so that the company can meets is long term financial targets.
