I have partnered with a human resource recruiter from my organization, Ms. Mariana Gonzalez Parraga to gather pertinent information on the role of a recruiter, the opportunities and challenges they may face, the recruitment process, legal considerations for employment and how to measure success for a small company I work for, Bank Leumi.
