It is an appropriate factor when it tends to compare the organizations goals and objectives with actual performance of an association. In my research of Bank Leumi, I will discuss the current performance management system in place, formal and informal performance feedback processes, best practices to improve employee performance, analyze the importance of training and how training and performance management protect an organization from possible litigation. To gather some of my research on Bank Leumi, I consulted with one of my human resource talent specialist, Ms. Mariana Gonzalez Parraga. MsParraga has worked for the bank for the past nine months and prior to her employment with Bank Leumi, she has worked for several multinational companies serving as Senior HR Coordinator, specialist or analyst.
