We will also take a look into benefits such as legally required benefits for employees, the appropriateness of offering additional benefits and key considerations in designing a compensation package for the expatriate position for two years in London, England. For this assessment I worked with Anna Lloyd at Bank Leumi. She has worked for the organization over four years. Her current role at the bank is AVP, Jr Human Resource Business Partner. Prior to Bank Leumi, she served as Human Resource Coordinator for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. She shared valuable information regarding this topic as well as expatriate employees for the bank. Bank Leumi is a small institution that is not international and do not offer these types of benefits since they have not done this in over ten years. After careful researched we learned numerous benefits which was offered over ten years ago. Pay or Salary For this expatriate employee hired, which is an executive and will have a base salary, benefits and allowances. Several factors and decisions are made to get the base salary for this employee.
