The energy graph is a cha... rt that determines how much energy a person uses in typical situations from start to finish. Explore and execute are the two that I scored the highest in, I scored effortlessly in both. My two lowest points where excite and examine, I scored deliberate in both of these. Based on my results two strengths that I have are being creative and being a decision-maker. Two weaknesses that I have are paying attention to details/facts and uplifting others by motivation or humor. A2.) The laws of conversation are as follows: 1. All humans have purposes and concerns. 2. When people perceive that you threaten or are unaware of their purposes and concerns, they resist. This is waste. 3. When people perceive that you are aware of and sensitive to their purposes and concerns, they communicate and collaborate. This is value. The four levels of the conversation meter are pretense, sincerity, accuracy, and authenticity. Pretense is a direct conflict between what you say in one situation and what you say in another (lying, withholding information.) Sincerity is defined here as an honest report of my point of view; includes thoughtless certainty that my view is accurate. Accuracy is defined here as separating mutually observable facts from explanation of those facts. This includes the recognition that my perceptions are not reality.
