The Difficulties as a Behavior Analyst.docx PSYC4002 PSYC4002: ABA Ethics & Supervision BCBA Interview The Difficulties As A Behavior Analyst Capella University The Difficulties as a Behavior Analyst Nirvana is the Behavior Analyst that I interviewed who explained that making the proper ethical decision can be difficult because of society and the general working environment. Nirvana's career has involved many situations: society's dilemma's and environmental circumstances such as the George Floyd dilemma, school setting furnishing, resources available to her and the client, being a leader, teacher, and student, using professional discretion, having an open mind to differences, and having self-confidence. By sending a questionnaire as interview questions, I could get some pretty explicit experiences with ethical factors. My analysis has been put together using the interview questions, BACB (2019), Dalphonse (2021), Shutte (2018), Sellers, Alai-Rosales, and MacDonald (2016), Turner, Fischer, and Luiselli (2016), and Dalphonse (2021). I interviewed a BACB Supervisor to gather this information and searched Capella University's Library Summons search engine for articles. The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analyst supported the BACB's and my analysis to prove validity. In my research, I used two different methods (interview/questionnaire) and case studies of research that have been established within the past five years.
