When I am in my nursing role, I see it as my duty to do what is best for my patients. In this case, Mr. Newcomb is nearing the end of his life, he has told me that he wishes to spend some private time with his mistress. Although I am willing to help him arrange this because I believe it is my duty to do what is right for the patient, I am not willing to put my morals completely aside and lie to his wife.
