The... re are two traits which I think he demonstrates very well on a daily basis. First, he is honest. If there is any issue or a project needs to be completed, he is always truthful in what he needs. If he sees something isnt going right, he will stand there and say it isnt going right instead of maybe sugar coating something that is wrong. Second, he is trustworthy. Whenever an employee has a problem or needs some assistance, you can always trust him to help. When he says he will do something or look into the matter, you can always be assured that he will keep his word. Mr. Brown has shown on a daily basis that he has highest of ethical conduct. As the leader, he is always involved in our yearly ethical trainings to show that he is serious about everyones ethical conduct and to show that each employee should be also. Also, his honesty when he talks to us, either in our office meetings or just in general. He explains what is going on, doesnt try to hide things that might affect us, and just is very approachable. He will tell you what he likes and doesnt like, and how we can become better employees.
