Google is predominately known as an internet search engine; however, the company has expanded to offer a wide variety of internet- related products and services. Today, Google™s net worth is approximately $420 billion dollars [ CITATION Far19 \l 1033 ]. The company has over 250 locations all around the world and has over 61,000 employees [ CITATION Far19 \l 1033 ]. Google has one of the most unique company cultures in the world and is often looked at as an example. The workplace at Google is fast-paced and high-energy, but is also casual and employee-centric [ CITATION Sch19 \l 1033 ]. One of the most interesting and innovative employee programs at Google is called the 20% time program [ CITATION Sch19 \l 1033 ]. This program encourages engineers who work at Google to spend 20% of their working time on projects that interest them, and more than half of all new products at Google were created because of this program [ CITATION Sch19 \l 1033 ].
