The training needs analysis will help take the current employees to the next level of being productive and reaching company goals. Conducting a training needs analysis should give the necessary information needed on where the important parts of training is needed. The stimulation does help you to have a better understanding of the task that™s needed to conduct training and select your SME. What is an SME you ask? A subject matter expert is an individual with a deep understanding of a particular process, function, technology, machine, material, or type of equipment[ CITATION FJo19 \l 1033 ]. There should be at least one SME in each department. The SME™s is treated as the go to person when it comes to that area of their expertise.
