Slide 1: This picture shows nonverbal communication through eye contact. Eye contact is essential in communicationdue to the expressions that can be said with the eyes (Schulz, 2018). In addition, looks like the man in blue suit is using code of kinesics by making hand gestures. Kinesics are body movements that replace verbal messages (Aune & Gasiorek, n.d.). The man is probably presenting the door to the lady, which is causing some frustration. The other person (the man in black suit) that is present is not interfering in any way. However, this individual is being affected in the sense that he might feel that he needs to stay quiet. The man could have expressed a respectful facial expression, so that the woman can feel more comfortable in presenting any issue. Slide 2: This slide illustrates how one woman is segregated from a group. She is probably lost in her thoughts, while the other two are working on a project. This woman is using kinesics code to communicate that she is sad. The other people are giving her enough personal space, so they are not being affected by her behavior.
