As I reviewed ... each one of the options, I felt that Target had the easiest to read and understand Code of Ethics. The other companies wrote a lot of fluff but didn t clarify what it meant and what their expectations were of their employees. A1. CSR and Code of Ethics Targets has well written and very comprehensive code of ethics. It touches all four areas of corporate responsibility: legal, ethical, philanthropic, and economic.
