I have worked my way up as the lead teacher, curriculum coordinator, and program lead. In my years working for the company, I have watched many teachers come into this field and either does great or quit. There are many factors as to the way teachers do not stay. It could be management or that there is a lack of qualified teachers. I have experienced teachers coming into work in childcare and struggle because they do not know how to teach or deal with behaviors in children. As a future leader in the childcare field, I want to offer training and hire qualified teachers for my center.
