Jacob is a loving, smart, affectionate, intelligent, and funny boy, who lives at home with his mother, father, maternal grandma, and baby brother. It has been observed that Jacob engages in high occurrences of physical aggression that appear to be attention seeking. when access to immediate physical interaction (high fives, fist bumps, spins, or hugs) or attention is denied, access to tangibles is inaccessible or when he does not want to complete a demand, Jacob engages in acts of physically aggressive behaviors (hitting, kicking, and pinching) towards other individuals that are near him. Target behavior definitions Physical aggression encompasses a wide range of target behaviors, such as pinching, kicking, and hitting. Physical aggression is defined as any instance of using arms and /or feet to make intentional physical contact with another persons body in a forceful manner from up to 6 ft. away with the intention to leave a mark.
